It is in all things, lives in our lives experientially, and is crucially definitive in every way our company presents and executes, both internally and externally and directly impacts business results by materializing sentiment and instilling excitement in our partners.

Design is art used as an act of service, unlike the unbridaled personal expression that pure ‘art’ is. So, we must de-center ourselves, remove our egos, and make our co-workers, clients, reports, partners and their needs the center of the ‘why’ of our efforts. How you make people feel is all that matters.

Growing / refining our tactical skills is only one side of professional growth. To truly grow as a professional, you must be willing to grow your inter-personal skills. This means doing the HARD work to remedy personal historic anxieties, insecurities, etc. Leadership necessitates vulnerability, but must lack insecurity.

Maximize and capitalize on opportunities to use design
to actualize ideas / efforts and to sell and execute business.
With my own hands, I am a passionate creator and storyteller, setting the design standard across all mediums for my teams.
As a leader/manager, I take an enormous amount of joy and fulfillment in helping other creatives/designers grow both personally and professionally.
Leading with honesty, empathy and true personal connection, I challenge my team to go boldly into the uncomfortable, knowing that nogrowth happens in their comfort zones.
In both capacities I operate without ego, seeing the functionality of myself and my team as an act of service that I am grateful, humbled and proud to undertake. I view acts of service to be 'Love in Action', and with this level of importance must be led strategically.
"We've never seen our decks and sales materials that look this good' is a sentiment I have grown accustomed to hearing from sales and marketing leadership.
Motion design is an enormous pillar of my design philosophy, as well as a passion point, and I continue to use motion to create cohesive connected storytelling for both
viewers, and internal/external partners/clients alike.
I am able to achieve a vast variety of visual styles, and can execute complex long-form (and short-form) at scale and efficiently.
In summation, I have a burning passion for using design to educate, bring people together, close deals, communicate complex data and
again, to move the business forward. I am comfortable in the vague, unknown and challenging, as I enjoy the problem-solving aspect of design perhaps above all.
